ETP-TECHNO - high precision hub-shaft connection
Fastening and centering of machine components onto shafts with hydraulic locking devicesis the core business of ETP Transmission AB in Sweden. They have developed assortments of hydraulic connections for general machine building, wood- and metalworking.
ETP-TECHNO® has recently been updated in its design andis the most accurate productfor use in general machine building, where good concentricity or many mountings are necessary. It also serves as a base for design of customized solutions. Concentricity is ≤ 0,006 mm and number of mountings 500 to 5 000 times depending on shaft size. It is available as standard for shafts from 15 mm up to 130 mm.
ETP-TECHNO is based on a double-walled hardened steel sleeve, filled with a pressure medium and accurately machined to reach good run out and many mountings.
This product is the one to choose among the ETP hydraulic hub-shaft connections when very high precision is needed. Only one screw needs to be tightened in order to get an accurate connection and it can be done over and over again.
The Swedish company ETP Transmission AB is specialized in development and manufacturing of high precision hydraulic locking devices.
